Accommodation & Rooms

The Beaches offers five en suite bedrooms, each with individual character and decor. Family rooms accommodate up to four guests, and some rooms include a Juliette balcony or a king bed with balcony. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs with streaming services such as Netflix and USB charging sockets.

Dining & Breakfast

Breakfast is prepared using local farm produce, with pre-order the night before and options for special diets on request. The menu includes cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a cooked full English breakfast. A doggy breakfast is also available for pets staying at the guest house.

Location & Nearby Attractions

The guest house sits within walking distance of Peasholm Park, North Bay beach, and Scarborough Castle. Scarborough Open Air Theatre is two minutes away, and the North York Moors National Park is easily accessible. Free on-street parking with a permit is provided right outside the property.
