Parts of Mill House date back to the 16th century, and the building retains period furnishings throughout. Victorian writer Clement Scott, who coined the term 'Poppylands', stayed here regularly, along with several other famous Victorian writers. The property is set within extensive grounds with a lovely patio seating area.
