Eco-Friendly & Historic

Manor Farm Stay holds a Silver Award from Green Tourism for its sustainable practices. The bed and breakfast operates within an 18th century farmhouse surrounded by working farm fields. Guests have access to a shared lounge space and an outdoor fireplace for relaxation.

Rooms & Glamping

Three en suite guest rooms in the farmhouse feature handcrafted beds and cozy duvets. The property also offers five luxury self-catering glamping pods available from March to October, each with private outdoor space. Pods are named after animals such as 'Chicken' and 'Sheep' and include kitchenettes and ensuite wet rooms.

Dining Experience

Breakfast uses locally sourced ingredients including farm-fresh eggs from the property's own free-range hens. Guests can choose from a full Lincolnshire breakfast or the 'Dom-lette', with homemade bread and marmalade provided. Dietary needs are catered for with personalized options available.

Farm Life & Pet-Friendly
