Each guest room in this historic listed building is named after a character from the game of Cluedo, such as the Professor Plum twin room or the Miss Rose room with a four-poster bed. Rooms include en-suite facilities with handcrafted luxury fittings, and some feature a copper tub or slipper bath. Bedding and towels are of high quality, and rooms offer views of the loch or the garden.

Breakfast is served à la carte in a glass-enclosed conservatory overlooking Loch Broom, with options including Full English/Irish, homemade porridge, and a selection of artisan granolas. Dinners are available on request and feature fresh produce grown in the one-acre walled garden, such as vegetables, salad greens, and fruit for homemade gelato. A professional espresso machine is used for coffee, and guests can choose from a wide selection of teas.

The property is a base for hiking in the Beinn Dearg range of Munros, as well as An Teallach and The Fannichs. Kayaking, hill walking, and birdwatching are accessible directly from the B&B.

The walled garden extends to one acre and supplies vegetables, salad greens, and fruit for guest meals. Flower arrangements using plants from the garden are displayed throughout the house. The garden also hosts bird feeders where goldfinches and siskins regularly visit.
